No problem! We are more than happy to schedule a market consultation to determine a fair market value of your home in today’s market. If it just isn’t worth it to sell, there is no pressure or commitment to. It’s completely free to get a market analysis done!
Our fee is based on the sold price: 7% on the first $100,000 plus 3% on the remaining balance (plus GST). If your home does not sell, for whatever reason (even if you change your mind about selling), we do not charge anything! We do not earn a commission until your home is firmly sold. We do not charge a retainer for our marketing either. Despite offering the best marketing package we can, it doesn’t cost you anything until you have sold your home for a price you are happy with!
We offer a complete marketing package for every listing, regardless of the size or value of your home. We start with a comprehensive content creation bundle to advertise with:
1) Professional “magazine-quality” flash photography.
2) Aerial/drone photos and footage.
3) Cinematic teaser video.
4) 2D floorplans.
5) 3D Virtual Tour hosted 24/7.
6) Virtual staging or other visual enhancements (as needed).
You don’t (usually)! We ensure our buyers are not paying commissions out of their own pocket. Our advice is free. Looking is completely free. Contact us for more information on how we prevent our buyers from paying expensive agent fees out of pocket.

1-3 business days if the home is already staged, cleaned, and ready to go for photos to be taken. We have a very flexible and fast marketing strategy that can have the full advertising package made within 24-72 hours when needed.
